Senior React judgment for consequential frontend decisions
I help software agencies and B2B SaaS teams understand difficult React systems, make defensible technical decisions, and recover a dependable path to delivery.
The work is deliberately focused. I am not offering generic website development or trying to replace an engineering team. I join when the frontend has become hard to reason about, a high-risk decision needs independent scrutiny, or a team needs senior React depth for a bounded engagement.

The useful work starts before the recommendation
Complex frontend problems rarely arrive with clean boundaries. A slow user journey may involve rendering, data access, state ownership, or too much work in the browser. A fragile test suite may be a symptom of unclear module boundaries. A stalled modernization effort may be constrained more by release risk than by the target technology.
My first responsibility is to make that system and its constraints visible. Only then is it useful to recommend a direction.

How I work
Evidence before preference
Recommendations are tied to code, runtime behavior, delivery context, and the specific decision the team needs to make. Familiar patterns are not treated as automatic answers.
Trade-offs in the open
Every meaningful option has a cost. I document dependencies, migration risks, organizational constraints, and the alternatives that were considered so the team can understand the decision rather than merely inherit it.
Smallest safe sequence
Large rewrites often hide uncertainty instead of removing it. I prefer a sequence that protects important behavior, creates feedback early, and gives the team useful stopping points.
Artifacts the team can keep using
An engagement should leave more than a presentation. The outputs may include prioritized findings, decision records, target boundaries, risk maps, representative implementation patterns, and a sequenced plan.

Working relationship
The strongest engagements have a clear technical sponsor, access to the people who understand the product, and permission to examine both code and delivery constraints. I communicate findings directly, make uncertainty explicit, and work with the team responsible for carrying the decisions forward.
